Kidney Friendly Recipe – Oats Chila

Instructions
- Soak 2 tablespoons of oats in water for 30 minutes.
- Wash it well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of milk in it.
- Mix well.
- Leave the mixture for 30-40 minutes.
- After that, add mashed banana, saunf, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well, make it a semi liquid consistency, grease the pan with oil.
- Pour the mixture
- Spread it over to allow it to cook one side.
- Wait for a few minutes, flip it and cook the other side.
- Serve hot.
